Business Development Manager

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Maxicare Healthcare Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the companys growth and expansion. In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the companys strategic objectives.

What youll be doing

1. Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new clients

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers and industry partners

3. Conducting market research to identify and evaluate new business prospects

4. Preparing and presenting comprehensive proposals and presentations to prospective clients

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

6. Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement

7. Providing regular reporting and updates to senior management on business development activities

What were looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the healthcare industry

2. Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven strategies

5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve strategic business objectives

6. Proficiency in MS Office suite, with the ability to use data analysis tools to support decision making
