Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice Account) - Bridgetowne

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction

• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems

• Follow company protocols and maintain quality standards in communication

• Collaborate with team leaders and peers to ensure seamless customer service

🔹 Qualifications:

• Must be a High School graduate Minimum of 6 months BPO experience required

• Good verbal communication skills in English

• Willing to work on-site

• Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts
