MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic, and energetic individuals to fill the following vacancy:Dental Clinic Support StaffResponsible for the daily operations and ongoing support of dental healthcare delivery at a fast-paced, innovative clinic.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation/charting (written and visual), approval of procedures, and inventory management. Roles and Responsibilities:Takes charge of dental appointments and scheduling

Assists in medical/dental history-taking

Accurately charts dental availments

Performs intraoral camera documentation when indicated

Approves dental procedures when applicable

Performs periapical radiographs when indicated

Handles patient wrap-up after consultation/procedure

Prepares instruments for sterilization and cleaning

Prepares monthly billing statements for dentists and ensures timely submission to AccountingParticipates in company trainings, discussions, and events

Supports company policies and goals

Ensures statutory permits are updated

Prepares and submits reports timely (monthly and quarterly)Monitors and safekeeps maintenance schedules and certificates of dental equipment

Manages dental supplies inventory efficiently

Ensures dentists licenses and certificates are renewed timely

Answers inquiries accurately and coordinates with departments

Handles payment transmittals and submits to Accounting and ClaimsManages special projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:Degree in Dentistry, Nursing, or equivalent

Personable with good customer service skills

Experience as a Dental Assistant is an advantage

Preferably less than 1 year of healthcare-related experience
