Role Description

The E-Commerce & Social Media Assistant is responsible for driving online sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement through digital platforms. The role oversees product listings and promotions on major e-commerce sites (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), ensuring accurate information and smooth order fulfillment in coordination with inventory and production teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• E-Commerce Management: Optimize product listings, monitor pricing and promotions, track sales performance, and ensure stock availability.

• Social Media Content & Engagement: Develop content strategies, create engaging posts, stories, and reels, manage community interactions, and collaborate with influencers to boost awareness and loyalty.

• Digital Campaign Execution: Implement paid social media ads, work with creatives to produce compelling visuals, and optimize campaigns through testing and targeting.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Benchmark competitor activities, identify digital trends, and provide insights on customer preferences to refine strategies.

The role requires strong organizational, creative, and analytical skills, ensuring that the brand maintains a strong digital presence, maximizes conversions, and builds lasting connections with online audiences.
