Enterprise Solutions Supervisor
Support the Enterprise Solutions Team (EST) Manager in planning and executing policies, technical support strategies, and revenue-generating initiatives for corporate and education clients.
Oversee day-to-day operations in areas such as:a) Service Operations (Corporate & Education)b) Managed Services & Solutionsc) Apple GSX & FileMaker Systemsd) Network/Database Managemente) Solutions Developmentf) DOA Assessments & Fixed Assets Repairs
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature development and ensure product-market fit; act as the "voice of the customer" throughout project lifecycles.
Champion products internally and externally; communicate product value to sales teams; track key metrics to drive future improvements.
Supervise end-to-end project delivery and software product development.
Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth SLA execution and service fulfillment.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and pending service requests in coordination with relevant departments.
Ensure EST personnel training, AppleCare compliance, and ongoing technical certification.
Approve service-related requisitions (parts, consumables, headcount, etc.).
Bachelors degree in IT, ECE, Computer Engineering, or related field
Apple Certified Mac & iOS Technician
Background in computer/electronics diagnostics and troubleshooting
Customer service or corporate client support experience
Project experience in network/server management and solutions development
Proficient in Apple hardware/software and business solutions
Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, DevOps, UI/UX, and front-end development
Strong communication and analytical skills
Team player, problem-solver, and process-oriented
Good time management and flexibility to take on various tasks
