We are hiring FINANCE ASSISTANT!

As our Finance Assistant, you will:

  • Performing daily treasury functions, such as monitoring bank balances
  • Receiving payments from clients, handles daily deposits, monitoring of PDCs payments from clients
  • Preparing and handling bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Assisting with cash flow monitoring and forecasting
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external partners on payment matters
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for audits
  • Managing expense liquidations, reimbursements, and petty cash
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures
  • Performing other general administrative tasks to support the Finance Team

You are a great fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related course — but more than your diploma, we value your passion and drive!
  • With 1-2 years' experience in Treasury
  • Must have knowledge in SAP
  • Proficient in using computer applications (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to get things done efficiently
  • Organized, keen to details, and able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An honest, fast learner, dependable, proactive, adaptable to change, and able to work with minimal supervision
