JOB SUMMARY

Area Manager assesses and monitors store operations to ensure that all company standards in the fields of food safety and handling, personnel management, customer service and store operations are met. Handling a team of Area Supervisors and Service Crew, he/she examines and analyzes all relevant data in the field of operations and provides recommendation to the Retail Operations Manager in the areas of new business opportunities and process improvement.  

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Business Management

  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience in store operations.

  • With good communication and leadership skills

Food Park Manager Job Summary:

The Food Park Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a food park, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and managing relationships with vendors. This role includes coordinating events, maintaining facilities, and implementing policies to ensure the food park operates smoothly, safely, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Supervise daily operations of the food park, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Ensure all food vendors adhere to park regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the park.

  • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the park, including waste management and hygiene protocols.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for food vendors.

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors, including contract negotiations and placement.

  • Monitor vendor performance and customer feedback to ensure high service standards.

  • Address and resolve vendor issues and concerns promptly.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a positive experience for all park visitors by maintaining a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.

  • Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute events and promotions to drive traffic to the food park.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offers.

  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor and control operating expenses within budget.

  • Generate financial reports, including revenue tracking and vendor payments.

  • Assist in developing pricing strategies for vendor leases and customer services.

Staff Supervision:

  • Hire, train, and supervise food park staff, including security, maintenance, and customer service teams.

  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff members.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any issues promptly.

  • Develop and implement emergency response procedures.

Marketing and Community Engagement:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.

  • Engage with the local community to build partnerships and promote the food park.

  • Manage social media presence and customer engagement online.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on park performance, including visitor numbers, vendor performance, and financial metrics.

  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
