We are now looking for an Integration Manager to lead SAP and third-party integrations across our enterprise engagements. Role Overview The Integration Manager will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of SAP integration projects — from requirements gathering and technical planning to go-live support and post-implementation optimization. This role requires cross-functional coordination and a strong grasp of integration technologies within SAP environments, including SAP BTP, FTP frameworks, and 3rd party APIs. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage the entire integration project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, technical leads, stakeholders, and project managers to define integration points between SAP S/4HANA and external systems. Design integration architecture and develop detailed strategies for implementation, testing, and maintenance. Lead development and execution of test plans, identify and resolve defects, and ensure end-to-end data consistency. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including integration designs, specifications, and testing frameworks. Ensure compliance with integration best practices, security standards, and governance protocols. Core Competencies & Skills Expertise in Integration Technologies: Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP BTP, FTP integration, REST APIs, OData services, IDocs, and middleware tools. Project Management: Proven experience managing integration projects from discovery to delivery, working with Agile or hybrid models. Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability. Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows across finance, supply chain, and operations, and how they connect through system integrations. Communication & Leadership: Excellent ability to translate technical requirements into business language and vice versa; capable of leading cross-functional teams and client-facing discussions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in SAP integration or enterprise integration roles. At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration projects. Familiarity with tools like SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP Integration Suite is highly preferred.
