MARKETING ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing or any business-related course;
• Confidence in using computer applications (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to get things done efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with clients confidently and professionally
• Friendly, approachable, and customer service-oriented
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks at once
• Willing to assist with walk-in inquiries, site viewings, and marketing events
• Can support sales team with lead generation, documentation, and follow-ups
• Self-motivated, team player, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

A passion for learning and growth is likewise essential. Knowledge of the real estate industry and its trends is desirable, as well as demonstrated experience in networking and relationship building.
