About the role

Zirconia Inc. is seeking experienced Order Takers to join our dynamic customer service team in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. As an Order Taker, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced call centre environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression within the company.

What youll be doing

1. Answering inbound calls from customers and efficiently processing their orders

2. Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers

3. Handling order modifications, returns and other customer inquiries

4. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions

5. Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

6. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers

7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service

What were looking for

1. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

6. Fluency in English and the local language, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently

7. A positive, customer-centric attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
