Alongside our booming direct-to-consumer business, we are expanding into wholesale partnerships, with products now featured in retail stores. With Paid Media fueling our growth, we are scaling our Creative/Paid Media team to deliver bold, innovative, and high-performing creative assets that drive revenue and brand impact.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Creative Lead (Global Contractor) to oversee and manage our growing performance creative team. This role is both strategic and hands-on: youll lead a team of 3 global creative contractors (2 static-focused, 1 video-focused) while also producing a high volume of creative assets yourself — with the ability to deliver 100+ static images per week by leveraging AI tools, design expertise, and performance-driven best practices.

This is a contract role, not an employment position. Engagement terms, hours, and deliverables will be defined in your contractor agreement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 3 global creative contractors (static image designers + video editor), providing direction, feedback, and creative guidance.

  • Own the creative strategy and execution for Paid Media (Meta, TikTok, and other performance platforms).

  • Personally design and deliver a high volume of static ads (100+ per week) using AI tools and design platforms.

  • Drive creative testing and iteration cycles, partnering with the Paid Media team to optimize based on performance results.

  • Use AI-forward tools (e.g., Motion AI, Make UGC, Midjourney, Runway) to scale creative output and innovate processes.

  • Edit and enhance content with Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and other tools.

  • Develop frameworks, templates, and systems for efficient creative production across the team.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in paid social creative, direct response design, AI in marketing, and e-commerce growth.

  • Report on creative performance, learnings, and roadmap to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record as a Creative Lead / Performance Creative Strategist / Senior Designer in e-commerce, DTC, or retail brands.

  • Strong portfolio of paid media creatives (static + video) demonstrating direct response impact.

  • Hands-on design expertise with the ability to produce high-volume creative assets efficiently.

  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar).

  • Advanced experience with AI creative tools for both static and video output.

  • Experience leading a creative team (direct management or mentorship of designers).

  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing principles and what drives high CTR/ROAS in paid ads.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage workflows, set priorities, and hit deadlines across multiple contractors.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in faith-based or mission-driven branding.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce apparel or lifestyle products.

  • Experience working with global/remote creative teams.
