We are seeking a Project Manager to join our K-12 Student Training Success Team. This role will focus on supporting U.S.-based school districts and K-12 education institutions. The Project Manager will play a key role in helping customers successfully implement and adopt our K-12 Student Training product line, which delivers e-learning programs for students in grades 6-12 on critical topics such as bullying prevention, mental well-being, substance abuse avoidance, and career/technical education.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Manager of Customer Success and Account Director to ensure program goals are met by driving project planning, coordinating across stakeholders, and managing internal and external action items.
What Youll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during implementation and program execution, working directly with U.S.-based K-12 district stakeholders.
Create, customize, and manage detailed project plans that facilitate adoption of the K-12 Student Training product line.
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including district administrators, school leaders, and teachers to align program goals, training assignments, and classroom-level adoption.
Track tasks and milestones for both customers and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.
Collaborate with the Account Director, who will provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance, to ensure customers are prepared and supported.
Facilitate project meetings, prepare progress updates, and ensure all customer and internal action items are completed on time.
Identify risks, escalate issues, and proactively resolve obstacles to ensure successful implementation and usage of the training programs.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, milestones, and communications using Vector Solutions CRM and project management systems.
Work cooperatively across departments to create client solutions and ensure world-class service delivery.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and drive adoption outcomes.

Requirements
What Youll Need
At least 5 years experience in project management or a customer-facing role within a SaaS or education technology environment.
Bachelors degree in business management, education, or any related field.
Self-starter who can thrive in a customer-facing, project-driven role.
Background managing multiple concurrent customer-facing projects with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders in a SaaS business environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excel at building strong professional relationships and driving accountability across diverse teams.
Comfortable managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments, and deadlines.
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM (Salesforce), and project management tools. Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
PMP certification or a similar recognized project management credential is highly preferred.
Ability to work during business hours from 9:00 am through 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, and other hours as needed.
