• Project Leadership & Oversight - Direct all phases of facade project execution, from mobilization, planning, and scheduling to completion and turnover.

• Stakeholder & Team Management - Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring strong coordination with clients, consultants, and senior management.

• Quality, Safety & Compliance - Guarantee project compliance with industry standards, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols specific to facade construction.

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field (Licensed preferred).

• 10+ years of intensive experience in Facade / Glass & Aluminum industry, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.

• Strong background in facade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glass & aluminum fabrication/installation.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and client management within the facade industry.

• Precision & Excellence - Delivering facade solutions that set the benchmark for quality and aesthetics.

• Accountability & Integrity - Leading with transparency and responsibility in every stage of the project.

• Collaboration & Leadership - Driving high-performance teams to achieve exceptional results.

• End-to-end management of facade projects from design coordination to installation.

• Project completion rate - 100% of projects delivered within target deadlines.

• Budget adherence rate - ≤5% variance against approved budget.

• Quality acceptance rate - ≥95% compliance with facade specifications and client requirements.

• Safety performance - Zero Major Incidents / Lost Time Accidents.

• Client satisfaction score - ≥90% positive feedback from clients and stakeholders.
