Your role

As a Quality Engineer, your duties & responsibilities are the following:Develop and implement well-defined repair/rework processes and procedures. Gathers, analyzes, and utilizes repair/rework process data to initiate process changes and improvements. Collaborate and engage with cross-functional teams for the timely and effective resolution of customer/ escalations.

Develop customized solutions to increase system yield, enabling repair operations to meet KPIs and other business requirements, including those for new product transfers. Performs qualification of rework equipment, tools, chemicals, and consumables according to use. Drives the implementation of effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Leverages knowledge of new and emerging technologies to proactively identify and implement innovative rework equipment and processes. Generates timely reports on the status of process performance, resolution of issues/escalations, projects, and updates on other tasks as assigned. Takes ownership and accountability of the overall health of repair processes supported while ensuring compliance with established standards and customer requirements.

About you

Basic qualifications, experience, skills & education required:Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Has a high sense of urgency and can interface with different levels of positions in the organization.

Possesses high analytical skillsA strong background in process control tools is required. Knowledge of Failure analysis and PCB technology is an advantage. Knowledge of Electronic PCBA Manufacturing Tin-Lead and RoHS Processes and ROHS directive 2001/95/EC compliance is an advantage.
