Research Analyst

To evaluate corporate goals and objectives in relation with strategic business operations and corporate plan/scorecard and provide appropriate analysis and recommendation in the development and improvement of policies, procedures, products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Prepares the external and internal environmental appraisal to aid the formulation of corporate direction of the company.

2. Conducts special studies utilizing the information gathered during the conduct of the market intelligence research with the end view of improving business operations.

3. Ensures that information gathered through research are well utilized to increase business efficiency and effectiveness:

§ Prepares concept paper for market research and sensitivity analysis.

§ Prepares write-up on the economic environment, assessment on market and competitors to be used as reference at the yearly planning activity and for business decisions.

§ Researches on pertinent information on financial system - - BSP, banks, NSSLAs, and other financial institutions, among others.

4. Reviews the companys systems, policies and procedures and business proposals and comes up with recommendations.

5. Conducts periodic assessment on the performance of each business unit and of the company vis-à-vis the approved corporate plans & program.

6 Prepares report of the President to the general membership to be delivered during annual membership meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a four year bachelors degree preferably in Business Management

• working experience in a related field is an advantage.
