Waste Management Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sanitary Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.

  2. At least 2‑4 years experience in waste management (solid or hazardous), environmental compliance, or related field.

  3. DENR/EMB accreditation as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO), and completion of Basic PCO Training.

  4. Knowledge of Philippine environmental laws and regulations (RA 9003, RA 8749, RA 9275, RA 6969, etc.), and experience preparing SMR/CMR reports.

  5. Experience in environmental monitoring, sampling, compliance audits, and working with LGUs and regulatory agencies.

  6. Familiar with ISO 14001 (or other environmental management systems).

  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and report writing.

  8. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work in both field and office settings.

  9. Willing to travel occasionally and work beyond standard hours when needed.
