Supply Chain Apprentice
This role involves comprehensive training in all major processes of Operations, Engineering, and Quality Assurance. The trainee will work under supervision to complete projects and other activities related to the training program. Attend departmental training sessions, participate in on-the-job training (OJT), and evaluate work output.
Perform hands-on training and attend periodic evaluations. Adhere to the guidelines of the training program. Collaborate with different teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure successful learning.
Complete assigned projects. Provide feedback and report project status during scheduled meetings. Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial actions to manage business situations.
Suggest continuous improvement activities. Maintain effective communication to ensure a free flow of information. Comply with company rules and demonstrate Asurions core values.
Participate in 5S activities within the assigned area.
