Technical Training Director

Our client is a Part 145 MRO in the Philippines that primarily supports line maintenance services for local and regional airlines. They are currently looking for a Technical Training Director who will oversee training needs analysis, curriculum design, regulatory manual alignment, and delivery of both in-house and third-party training programs.

Job Responsibilities Set the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical training aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs covering aircraft maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee the development and regular update of maintenance-related manuals. Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and regulators on all technical training matters. Job Requirements Extensive progressive experience in aviation technical training, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.

Extensive background in managing PCAR, EASA, or FAA aligned training programs. Proven capability in strategic training planning, budget oversight, and team leadership. Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
