SUMMARY:

The Contract Administrative Representative is part of the Operations Contracts team within the larger Finance & Accounting Organization. The CAR I role is responsible for generating all standard level order forms and agreements as requested by Sales Representatives. This responsibility also includes working closely with Product teams to understand product dependencies to ensure order accuracy and provide guidance to Sales when Order Requests are in conflict of order requirements. The CAR I will work towards specific order processing certifications as defined by Team Leadership that will be required for promotion to CAR II.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 This is an entry-level position with significant opportunity to grow a long career.

 Generate all orders and agreements as requested by Sales for review and client signature.

 Submit all orders/deals for pricing approval that exceed the pre-approved discount threshold as defined in the pricing matrix.

 Review orders requests for correct product information, pricing, and contract agreements.

 Ability to multitask and quickly move focus from one assignment to another without jeopardizing order accuracy.

 Maintain average monthly order performance metrics as defined by Team Leadership.

 Obtain Order Type Certifications as directed by Team Leadership.

 Maintain professional and technical knowledge with ongoing training.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

 Minimum 2 years of Order Processing / Financial Administrative experience.

 Strong organizational skills with an emphasis in electronic file management.

 Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office with a very strong emphasis in Excel, and the ability to manage large datasets and consolidate into a digestible format with attention to error free detail.

 Strong communication skills, responsive to a variety of requests (strong ability to multitask), proactive, team player.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

 Preferred background in Business, Contracts or Financial Analysis. Upcoming graduates strongly encouraged to apply.

 Knowledge in Sales performance reporting

 Team Lead or Entry Level Management Experience

 Proficient knowledge of SalesForce

Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 6 months

Pay: Php26,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
