As our platform continues to grow, we are seeking a Junior Documentation Specialist to join our team, focusing on documenting and logging issues, ensuring the stability and usability of our SaaS platform.

Position Overview:The Junior Documentation Specialist will maintain comprehensive documentation of our SaaS platform, including detailed logging of issues, feature requests, and user feedback. This role requires a strong background in product management, with a deep understanding of how to translate technical details into clear, actionable documentation. You will work closely with the product, engineering, and support teams to track issues, maintain clarity, and ensure all stakeholders align with our platforms goals and updates.

Responsibilities:

• Review client Zoom calls and AI transcripts of customers to source bugs, issues, and story tickets.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of the Playbook SaaS platform.
• Document bugs and simple issues with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment between documentation and product goals.
• Contribute to the documentation of complex issues by organizing and synthesizing feedback and data, organizing outlines/videos/resources. And assisting our senior product managers with getting complex issues ready for development.
• Synthesize surfaced issues in of our existing backlog of in progress and yet to be worked on reported issues.
• Help establish and refine internal documentation processes to support future scalability.
• Help to keep folders of client feedback and the link between clients and tickets organized.
• Support the product and development teams by providing clear, actionable insights from documented issues.
• Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring all documentation is accessible and understandable.
• Assist with writing feature updates to clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in documentation and issue tracking within a SaaS environment.
• Strong background in product management, with an understanding of product lifecycles and user-centered design.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and documentation tools.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SaaS platforms and understanding the unique challenges involved.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and product management frameworks.
• Ability to anticipate user needs and document in a way that is proactive and forward-thinking.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php70,500.00 per month
