Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management

• Manage and maintain master data across all domains, including customer, product, vendor, and finance.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with data governance standards.

Data Quality Assurance

• Perform regular data validation, cleansing, and enrichment to maintain high data quality.
• Monitor and address data discrepancies, ensuring alignment across systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with IT, finance, marketing, and other teams to establish and enforce data standards and processes.
• Support data-related projects, including system migrations, ERP implementations, and integrations.

Best Practices and Policies

• Develop and implement master data management (MDM) best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry standards and trends to improve data management processes.

Reporting and Insights

• Generate regular reports on data quality metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in master data management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar platforms.

Professional Experience

• Atleast 1 year of experience as Data analyst or similar role
• Proven track record of managing data quality and supporting system integrations.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
