Compliance Director

Develop, implement, and manage the companys compliance framework to protect its reputation and ensure operation at the highest standards of compliance in accordance with local and regional regulatory requirements. Critical Accountabilities Data Privacy

• Promotes and implements compliance with regulatory and reportorial requirements.

Monitors compliance with Data Privacy Act of 2012, its IRR, and other applicable laws and policies. Reviews and approves privacy-related agreements and assessments. Ensures incidents or breaches are managed per the Data Breach Management Process and DPA IRR.

Formulates, reviews, modifies, disseminates, and implements privacy-related programs, guidelines, and policies of the company. Ensures implementation of action plans from privacy-related assessments and audits. Acts as Data Protection Officer of the company with roles and responsibilities as per the AXA Group DP Policy, DPA, IRR, and related policies and guidelines.

Compliance Risk Management

• Identifies compliance risks, formulates actions, monitors implementation with business units, and reports to management and the BOD.

Works with Risk Management team to monitor and guide process owners in mitigating compliance risk. Regulator Reviews

• Manages regulatory examinations, internal, and AXA Group audit reviews.

Implements, monitors, and reports on action plans in response to recommendations or findings. AXA Group Standards Compliance

• Manages and coordinates with business units to ensure compliance with Group Standards.

Monitors and reports certification results to the President and CEO. Incidents and Breaches Monitoring

• Ensures incidents or breaches are captured, and action plans are implemented, monitored, and reported to management.

Minimum Requirements At least 8 years of professional experience. Strong background in regulatory environment, relevant legislation, and regulatory requirements. Detail-oriented with high organizational skills. A team player. Proficient in MS Office applications. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Technical writing skills.
