Summary

Supports the Financial Reporting Manager in preparing financial statements, FSCP, and related reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and GAAP.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, CAPEX, variances, and policy deviations; recommend process improvements.

  • Prepare audit schedules and documentation.

  • Lead month-end inventory counts and reconcile intercompany accounts.

  • Approve verified adjusting journal entries.

  • Conduct surprise petty cash audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.

  • Monitor asset acquisition, disposal, and depreciation activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy or Financial Management or any related course.

  • Must be a CPA

  • At least two (2) years of work experience in accounting or one (1) year work experience in audit

  • Experience in general accounting and preparation of financial statements

  • Proficient knowledge in accounting standards and preparation of financial statements

  • Able to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections

  • Experience in using financial and accounting software application such as SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite is a plus
