OverviewWe are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the launch of real estate agent websites, DNS records, and IDX feeds. This is primarily a task-based role, with intermittent client interaction via calls and email. The position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a technical mindset who want to grow into a Client Success Manager (CSM) path over time.

What You'll DoManage and complete implementation tasks, including:Launching real estate agent websites. Setting up and verifying DNS records.

Confirming IDX feed integrations are live. Communicate with clients occasionally through calls and email to confirm requirements or updates. Collaborate closely with leadership and peers during the training and shadowing period.

Follow structured SOPs and documentation in Confluence to ensure accuracy and consistency. Escalate unique or complex cases when needed, while aiming for independent resolution over time. Training PathWeek 1: Product-focused training.

Weeks 2-4: Shadow peers and leadership while progressively handling tasks with feedback and review. Post-Training: Expected to work independently on tasks, escalating unique or complex cases. What

We're Looking ForStrong technical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to manage task-based workloads and meet deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills (for occasional client interaction).

Experience with website setup, DNS configuration, or similar technical workflows is a plus. Self-starter who thrives in a structured environment with documented processes. Interest in client-facing growth opportunities (potential to transition into a CSM role).
