🧩 About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support our lifecycle marketing efforts. In this role, youll help us deliver timely, relevant, and engaging communications to our customers throughout their journey—from first contact to long-term loyalty. Youll work closely with the marketing team to coordinate email campaigns, manage customer data, and ensure our messaging aligns with business goals.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of marketing experience.

A Bachelors degree is required for this position.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing email campaigns across different stages of the customer lifecycle

  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies using CRM and marketing automation tools

  • Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align messaging and timing

  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports to help improve future efforts

  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Help create and proofread content for email, SMS, and other lifecycle touchpoints

  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in B2B lifecycle marketing

🧠 What Youll Bring
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping or lifecycle marketing concepts

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment is a plus

  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets

  • Excel proficiency is required for data analysis tasks
