Now, we're looking for a creative and trend-savvy Snapchat Development Manager to join our dynamic team. If you live and breathe social media and have a sharp eye for viral content, this is your chance to shape the voice of one of the most engaging brands on Snapchat.

• Publish weekly videos on Snapchat Discover and/or daily videos on Snapchat Spotlight.
• Select trendy and engaging content that fits the platform and audience.
• Adapt videos for Snapchat using in-house tools (Modification Tool, Smart Crop Tool) or with the help of a video designer.
• Create tiles (thumbnails) and choose relevant hashtags for Discover videos.
• Monitor page performance, prepare and deliver monthly reports with key metrics and actionable insights.
• Propose and run experiments (formats, strategies, etc.), and analyze their results.
• Develop and maintain a quarterly content and strategy plan with clear goals and improvement areas.
• Provide backup support for teammates during vacations or sick leave.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media Management; experience with Snapchat (Discover, Spotlight, editing tools) is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of SMM metrics, content performance analytics, and current digital trends.
• A creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling and platform-specific content nuances.
• Familiarity with video editing basics, thumbnail creation, or working with designers to adapt content for different formats is a plus.
• High level of English fluency, both written and verbal - must be able to craft clear captions and communicate with international teams.
• Proactive and data-driven approach - ready to test, analyze, and optimize.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
